Half Turkey
All half turkey orders will be filled with fresh, never frozen birds. Pickup points will be scheduled in Altoona, Boalsburg, and the farm from Sunday-Tuesday before Thanksgiving. Additional points may be added.

Half turkeys are available for smaller dinners. They can be roasted the same as a whole bird.
Our pasture raised turkeys spend their lives in the sunshine, eating bugs, grass, and non-GMO feed. They move regularly and leave valuable fertilizer in our fields. The combination of a diversified diet, access to fresh air, and room to roam produces turkey meat that's succulent, tender, and full of complex flavors that you won't find with a conventional turkey.

READ CAREFULLY:
Deposit: When you place your order, we will bill a $25 deposit. Your deposit will be applied to the final balance when you pick up your turkey. The final balance will be calculated based on $7/lb.
Pickup Dates are Sunday, November 23rd through Tuesday, November 25th. We will be sending out an email close to Thanksgiving asking you to set up a pickup date and location.
