PASTURED CHICKEN: Fresh

Our chickens start their life in a brooder, where they stay warm and happy until they start getting feathers so they can stay warm in the field. When they move out on grass, they live in net shelters that move daily to provide them with fresh grass and keep them safe from predators. Meat from chickens raised slowly on pasture has a firmer consistency than the fast growing chickens you find in the grocery stores.
