PASTURED PORK: Sausage

Our Idaho Pasture Pigs are a newer breed that are a combination of heritage hogs that includes the Kune Kune, which is a grazing pig. Our pigs get about a third of their nutrition from forage in the pasture and the rest from non-GMO feed sourced from a local mill.
