GRASSFED BEEF: Ground Beef

Red Devon cattle are the oldest breed in the United States. When many cattle breeds were moved to feedlot production, Devon producers continued to use the grass fed model because the cows became too fatty on grain. Now we have hundreds of years of grassfed genetics that provide us with well-marbled beef without feeding grains.
